Order Changes & Shipping

Can I change my order after placing it?
If you placed your order today and it hasn't entered production, we may still be able to make changes. Please email us at mypadl@mypadl.com as soon as possible with the following details:
  • Your order number
  • Color of Banz to add or change
  • Quantity
  • Font type
  • Logo side text (8 characters max)
  • Non-logo side text (12 characters max)
Once your order has entered into production, no further changes can be made.
I forgot to add to my order. What should I do?
Once an order is processed, we can’t add items. Feel free to place a new order—note that shipping charges may apply.
How does shipping work?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. First Class shipping takes 5-7 days; Priority takes 1-4 days. International rates/times vary.
Can I cancel my order?
If your cancellation request is received before processing, we’ll refund you. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us right away at mypadl@mypadl.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Customization & Ordering

Can I customize each individual Banz?
Yes! Choose different colors, fonts, and text for each Banz in your order.
How do I add an emoji?
On Windows: press Windows + . (period). On Mac: press Control + Command + Space. On mobile: tap the emoji icon on your keyboard.
How many characters can I use?
Logo side: 8 characters. Non-logo side: 12 characters (including spaces).
Can I add special characters or symbols?
Letters, numbers, and most basic emojis are supported. Unsupported characters may be removed or adjusted.

What products does MYPadL® offer?
We offer customizable pickleball paddle Banz and a selection of performance accessories like visors—designed for both style and function.
What’s the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Personalized items are only returnable if we made an error.
How is the product quality?
Every MYPadL® product is crafted with care using high-quality materials. Durable, vibrant, and built to perform.
Do Banz work on other equipment?
Yes! MYPadL® Banz work on many tennis and racquetball paddles as well.

When did you start MYPadL®?
The idea began in November 2020. After testing and research, we launched in July 2021.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Enter your shipping address at checkout and we’ll calculate international shipping costs.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Each Banz is $6.49 when you buy 4 or more—customizable and mix & match. We offer a deeper discount when ordering 100 or more, just email us at mypadl@mypadl.com
