What types of products does MYPadL® offer?

MYPadL® specializes in a curated selection of stylish and functional accessories, particularly focusing on unique pickleball gear and trendy visors. Our products are designed to enhance both performance and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that customers can enjoy their game while looking fashionable.

How can I ensure the quality of MYPadL® products?

All MYPadL® products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality. We prioritize using high-quality materials that not only enhance performance but also provide durability and style. Our commitment to quality is reflected in the vibrant colors and contemporary designs of our accessories.

What is the return policy for MYPadL® products?

MYPadL® has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How does shipping work for MYPadL® orders?

We offer various shipping options for domestic and international orders. For domestic shipments within the United States, we provide economy and priority shipping, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 8 business days depending on the selected option. International shipping rates and times may vary based on the destination.

Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

Yes, certain items are non-returnable, including sale items and gift cards. Additionally, personalized products cannot be returned unless there is clear evidence of a production error on our part. In such cases, we will replace the item free of charge.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly, which limits the window for cancellations. If your cancellation request is received before processing begins, we can cancel your order for a full refund. However, once processing has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

I forgot to add to my order. What should I do?
Once an order is processed, we cannot add items. However, you can place a new order for additional items. Please note that a separate order may result in extra shipping charges.


Customization & Ordering
How do I add an emoji to my MYPadL Banz?

  • On Mobile: Tap the smiley face icon on your keyboard to access emojis.

  • On Windows: Press Windows key + . (period) to open the emoji menu.

  • On Mac: Press Control + Command + Spacebar to insert emojis. If you need help, contact our customer service team.

How do I order MYPadL Banz?

I received MYPadL Banz, but they look different than expected.
Ensure they are installed correctly by following this guide. If the issue persists, email us photos (front & back) along with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

MYPadL Banz on and off the Pickleball Paddle grip

  • Once on the grip, you can make minor adjustments by stretching/moving the Banz.  If the Banz still appear to be off or different after you have installed them correctly on the handle of your paddle, please take pictures of the front and back of the Banz while they are on the paddle and email them to us at mypadl@mypadl.com along with your order number. We will be happy to remake the Banz for you and send out new ones.

How many characters can I put on MYPadL® Banz?

  • We recently revamped the layout of the Banz, which means one side (Logo side) is limited to 8 characters (this includes spaces); however, the alternate side can accommodate up to 12 characters! Some Pickleballers have been using the new layout to Include nicknames or phone #’s - be creative !! 😉👍if you are using a PC to order, press the "Window Key" and "Period" "🪟" "." key to enter your favorite emoji 

When Did You Start the Company?

  • The idea was founded in November 2020, after market research and many prototypes, we launched the business in July 2021

Can I customize each individual Banz?
Yes! Choose different colors, fonts, and text for each Banz in your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Each Banz is $6 when you buy 4 or more—customizable and mix & match.

Can I add symbols or special characters to Banz?
Only letters, numbers, and basic emojis are supported. If a font doesn’t support numbers, we will adjust it.


 

How long will it take to receive my MYPadL Pickleball Banz order?

  • Your MYPadL Pickleball Banz are handcrafted in Southern California and it typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order. We offer two shipping options: First Class Package which can take up to 5-7 business days, and Priority Mail which can take 1-4 business days, but with an additional charge. Please note that during the holiday season, delivery times may be longer

Do you ship outside of the United States?

  • Yes - Please procced to check out and type in the address that you want your Banz shipped too.                                                                                           

Do the MYPadL® Banz work on other types of sports equipment?

  • Yes, on some.  Tennis, racquet ball, the Banz should work just fine.
