Buy Now, Win Later Promotion Terms – MYPadL

The following terms (“Promotion Terms”) apply to MYPadL’s participation in PlayAbly’s Buy Now, Win Later (“BNWL”) promotion (the “Promotion”). By making a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period, you agree to these Promotion Terms, which are in addition to PlayAbly’s Buy Now, Win Later Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Promotion Terms shall control for purchases made through MYPadL.

 

 

1. Eligible Purchases

1.1 Only purchases of Personalized Pickleball Banz, purchase minimum of 6 qualify.
 1.2 Purchases must be completed between October 20-October 26 at 12:01 PM (the “Promotion Period”).
 1.3 Sale items, discounted purchases, and gift cards are excluded.
 1.4 In accordance with applicable state laws, the maximum Rebate value for participants located in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island is $500.
 1.5 Purchased items are non-refundable once the Promotion Period closes.

 

 

2. Conditions

2.1 Customers qualify for a rebate only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • TBD: [Condition 1, e.g., “Team X defeats Team Y by Z points on Event Date”]

  • TBD: [Condition 2, if applicable].

  • Customer opted into the promotion during the promotional period and completed an eligible purchase. Promotion will be noted on the purchase receipt. 

 2.2 Rebates will not be issued unless the Promotion Conditions are satisfied in full.

3. Sweepstakes Entry 

 3.1 Free Mail‑In Entry (AMOE): Hand‑print your full name, mailing address, phone, date of birth, MYPadL, and email on a 3"×5" card and mail in a #10 stamped envelope to: BNWL Promotion, Free to Enter c/o Landonis Enterprises, 3242 Lincoln Ave Honolulu, HI 96816. Must be postmarked by the last date of the promotion period and and received by three days later. Machine‑duplicated entries are void. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Missing, unclear, or inaccurate information voids entry.

4. Rewards & Notification

4.1 Eligible participants for rebate will receive a MYPadL equal to the value of their qualifying purchase (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees).

 4.2 Reward emails will be issued within 10 business days of the outcome being determined. Email form must be fully completed to be awarded a rebate. 

 

 

4. General

4.1 This Promotion is subject to PlayAbly’s Buy Now, Win Later Terms and Conditions, PlayAbly Sweepstakes Rules, PlayAbly Terms of Service, and PlayAbly Privacy Policy.
 4.2 This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
 4.3 The Promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, governing body, or third party referenced in the Promotion Conditions.
